These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Smokie, including the Smokie mobile app and smokie.app website. By using Smokie, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Rules.
If you do not agree, do not use Smokie.
Smokie is only for people who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account or using Smokie, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If we believe you are under 18, we may restrict, suspend, or delete your account.
You are responsible for your account and for the activity that happens through it. You agree to provide accurate information, use your own account, and not impersonate another person or create accounts for abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe purposes.
You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure.
Smokie lets users create or share content and behavior through profiles, profile photos, video calls, chats, reports, support messages, and feedback. You are responsible for what you share and how you behave on Smokie.
You agree that your content and behavior will follow these Terms and our Community Rules.
You may not use Smokie to:
Smokie may provide report, block, and moderation tools. If you report or block someone, we may use that information to review safety issues, prevent future contact, enforce these Terms, and protect users.
We may remove content, limit features, block matches or chats, suspend accounts, delete accounts, or take other action if we believe a user has violated these Terms, our Community Rules, or the law.
Smokie may offer gems or other digital app credits. Gems are digital credits for use inside Smokie only. They are not money, do not have cash value, and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Purchases are handled through Google Play or other payment-related service providers. Prices and taxes may vary by location and platform. Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies, applicable law, and any additional purchase terms shown at the time of purchase.
We may change gem pricing, packages, balances, rewards, or features where allowed by law. We will not intentionally remove purchased unused gems without a reason such as fraud, abuse, chargeback, legal requirement, account deletion, or violation of these Terms.
You can delete your account in the Smokie app from Profile → Account → Delete Account. You can also review deletion instructions at Delete Account.
Deletion may remove or anonymize account and profile information. Some records may be retained when needed for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, purchase history, dispute handling, or moderation, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Smokie owns the app, website, brand, design, software, and related materials, except for content owned by users or third parties.
You keep ownership of content you provide, but you give Smokie a limited license to host, use, display, process, and share that content as needed to operate, protect, improve, and provide Smokie.
Smokie may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep Smokie working well, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Smokie uses third-party service providers for features such as sign-in, payments, chat, video calls, profile photo hosting, infrastructure, security, and support. Your use of those features may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.
Smokie is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Smokie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of Smokie.
You may stop using Smokie at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, our Community Rules, or the law, or if needed to protect Smokie, other users, or the public.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice in the app or on our website. Continued use of Smokie after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
