You can delete your Smokie account directly inside the app:
If you cannot access your Smokie account, email us at support@smokie.app from the email address connected to your Smokie account. Use the subject line "Delete my Smokie account".
We may ask you to verify that you own the account before completing the request.
When your account is deleted, Smokie disables your account and your profile is no longer visible in the app.
We remove or anonymize identifying account and profile information, including your Google name, email address, profile display name, profile photo, birthday, country, gender, and gem balance. We also revoke active sessions, cancel active searches and pending friend requests, and remove your uploaded Smokie profile photo if it is stored by Smokie.
Smokie does not keep your deleted profile as an active user profile. Limited records may be retained only when needed for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, purchase history, dispute handling, or moderation. This can include reports, blocks, transaction records, and limited records connected to abuse prevention.
Some data may also remain with third-party service providers, such as chat, payment, app store, hosting, or video infrastructure providers, according to their retention and deletion practices.
