Smokie is for adults 18 and older. Do not use Smokie if you are under 18. Do not involve minors in any profile, video, message, photo, or conversation.
Smokie prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking of minors, or any attempt to involve minors in profiles, photos, videos, messages, live calls, or other activity on Smokie.
We review child-safety reports, remove violating accounts or content, preserve and escalate information when legally required, and cooperate with lawful child-safety requests from authorities.
Treat other people with respect. Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, intimidation, stalking, or abusive behavior is not allowed.
Do not show or request nudity, sexual content, sexual services, or sexually explicit behavior. Do not send sexual messages or pressure other users into sexual conversations.
Do not promote violence, self-harm, illegal activity, weapons misuse, scams, fraud, or dangerous behavior. Do not use Smokie to sell, buy, or arrange illegal goods or services.
Do not spam, advertise, manipulate, impersonate others, create fake accounts, or try to move users into scams or unsafe situations.
Do not share another person's private information without permission. This includes addresses, phone numbers, emails, payment details, private photos, screenshots, recordings, or identifying information.
If someone makes you uncomfortable or breaks these rules, use Smokie's report or block tools. Reports and blocks help us review unsafe behavior and prevent future contact where needed.
Breaking these rules may lead to warnings, blocks, feature limits, account suspension, account removal, or reports to authorities where required by law.
